SAKERNAS ENCALLATION FEBRUARY 2024

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which is specifically designed to collect data that can describe general employment conditions between census periods. The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is held twice a year, namely in February and August. Currently, BPS Sukamara Regency is carrying out the February 2024 Sakernas enumeration activities.
BPS Sukamara Regency carried out the February 2024 Sakernas enumeration activities from February 15 to March 7 2024. The enumeration was carried out directly by survey officers, where the survey officers had attended the February 2024 Sakernas survey officer training.
Starting from Sakernas February 2024, data collection will be carried out using the computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) mode, namely the FASIH application, except for some areas in Papua Province which still use the Paper and Pencils Interviewing (PAPI) mode. In order to improve the February 2024 Sakernas census, several changes were made to the content and flow of questions on the E-Form compared to the February 2024 questionnaire.
In carrying out the enumeration, the PCL (Field Enumeration Officer) received supervision and guidance from the PML (Field Inspection Officer) Sakernas February 2024. This supervision aims to ensure that each stage of the enumeration is carried out in accordance with established procedures, as well as to ensure the quality of the data collected.
Until the time this article was published, the February 2024 Sakernas enumeration activities were running smoothly. The hope is that this good situation will continue until the end of the enumeration period, so that the data produced will be of high quality and in accordance with the actual situation.
