Abstract

In June 2014, Central Kalimantan, which is a combination of Palangka Raya City and Sampit City, experienced inflation of 0.95 percent. The inflation rate for the 2014 calendar year to June was 3.15 percent and the "year on year" inflation rate was 6.56 percent.
Of the 9 CPI cities in Kalimantan that calculated inflation in June 2014, inflation occurred sequentially in Singkawang City at 1.03 percent; Sampit 1.03 percent; Tanjung 0.98 percent; Palangka Raya 0.91 percent; Pontianak 0.90 percent; Banjarmasin 0.79 percent; Tarakan 0.54 percent; Balikpapan 0.49 percent and Samarinda 0.24 percent.
