Abstract

The hotel room occupancy rate (ROR) for June 2020 rose 7.34 points compared to May 2020, from 13.73 percent to 21.07 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels also rose 3.81 points, from 8.67 percent to 12.48 percent.

The average length of stay in June 2020 in star hotels reaches 1.58 days, while in non-star hotels it reaches 1.19 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in June 2020 rose 107.01 percent compared to the previous month, from 2,467 people to 5,107 people. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels also rose 45.96 percent, from 26,669 people to 38,927 people.

Cumulatively, from January to June 2020, the number of guests staying at star hotels decreased by 50.51 percent compared to the same period the previous year, from 136,900 to 67,755. The number of guests at non-star hotels also dropped by 13.98 percent, from 328,629 people to 282,688 people.
