Abstract
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during February 2024 was 43.49 percent, an increase of 2.64 points compared to January 2024 which was recorded at 40.85 percent. ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.79 points to 21.19 percent. Compared with the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in February 2024 fell 7.19 points, while non-star hotels rose 0.22 points. The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in February 2024 was 34,204 people, down 5.14 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels was recorded at 59,960 or down 2.44 percent compared to the previous month.
