UPDATE OF SUSENAS AND SERUTI MARCH 2024

The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is a survey specifically designed to collect data related to household welfare in Indonesia, including education, health and other aspects of life. Susenas is divided into two semesters, namely Semester I in March and Semester II in September. Currently, Sukamara Regency BPS is carrying out household updating activities for the March and Seruti Quarter I Susenas. This updating activity aims to determine the population of the Census Blocks that are the Susenas and Seruti samples.
The updating activity lasts 10 days, namely from 1–10 February 2024. This activity is carried out door to door, intended to check the whereabouts of households, including finding out information related to whether the household was found, moved out of/into the Census Block (BS), experiencing a change in head of household or joining another household, or even not being found and having a new household. Updating officers are survey officers who have taken part in Susenas Wave 1 and Wave 2 training.
Implementation of the updating activities has so far gone smoothly. This condition is expected to continue until the last day of activities.
