The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is one of the important sources of household socio-economic data in Indonesia. The data produced by this survey has been widely used by various groups, both domestically and abroad. Therefore, the continuity, availability, and quality of Susenas data must continue to be maintained and improved.
In September 2024, BPS held the Susenas Socio-Cultural and Education Module (MSBP). The instruments used in the 2024 Susenas MSBP data collection are the Socio-Cultural and Education Module Questionnaire (VSEN24.MSBP) and the Consumption/Expenditure Questionnaire (VSEN24.KP). The 2024 Susenas MSBP questionnaire was prepared with the aim of producing indicators that are in accordance with the RPJMN, National Accounts, and SDGs.
The 2024 Susenas MSBP is designed to present estimates at the provincial and national levels. The observation unit of Susenas MSBP 2024 is the household, while the analysis unit is the household and individual. In addition to collecting household characteristics, Susenas MSBP 2024 also collects individual characteristics. BPS Sukamara Regency on August 29-30 and September 3-5, 2024 held training for Susenas MSBP and Seruti officers Tw III BPS Sukamara Regency. The training was carried out for 5 (five) days consisting of 2 (two) independent learning and 3 (three) effective days offline. Participants in the training for Susenas MSBP and Seruti officers Tw III 2024 were 18 people consisting of 15 partners where there were 10 Field Enumeration Officers (PCL) and 5 (five) Field Inspection Officers (PML), then there were 2 organic committee members, and 1 National Instructor (Innas). The training was held at Permata Hotel Syariah Pangkalan Bun. This training was attended by the Head of BPS of Central Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Agnes Widiastuti and Young Expert Statistician of BPS of Central Kalimantan Province, Mr. Muh Taufiqurahman
From this training, it is hoped that officers will be able to carry out data collection correctly and completely in accordance with the concept of the definition that has been taught, the data collection procedures that must be adhered to and hopefully the Susenas MSBP and Seruti officers for Q3 2024 BPS Sukamara Regency can complete this data collection according to the specified time.
