Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotels during December 2020 reached 4 8.27 percent, down 9.94 points compared to November 2020 which amounted to 58.21 percent. Conversely, the ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.99 points, from 17.75 percent to 18.74 percent.

The average length of stay in December 2020 at star hotels was 1.81 days, while non-star hotels were 1.14 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in December 2020 was 25.02 thousand people, down 4.89 percent compared to the previous month, while at non-star hotels rose 8.70 percent.

Cumulatively, from January to December 2020, the ROR for star hotels fell by 13.83 points and non-stars fell 6.33 points compared to the same period the previous year. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at star hotels fell 33.61 percent and at non-star hotels decreased by 8.74 percent.
