Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during December 2021 reached 51.89 percent, a decrease of 6.02 points compared to November 2021 which was 57.91 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 1.66 points to 21.23 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels increased by 3.62 points, and non-star hotels rose 2.49 points.
  • The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in December 2021 reached 1.51 days, while non-star hotels were 1.18 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in December 2021 was 34,226 people, an increase of 4.68 percent compared to the previous month. Amount guests staying at non-star hotels rose 4.44 percent.
