October 2021: ROR for star hotels reaches 56.83% and the number of guests staying is 33,346 people.

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during October 2021 reached 56.83 percent, an increase of 10.59 points compared to September 2021 which was 46.24 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels is the same as last month, which was 18.95 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 3.36 points, and non-star hotels fell 2.67 points.

The average length of stay of guests (RLTM) in star hotels in October 2021 is 1.60 days, while non-star hotels are 1.10 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in October 2021 was 33,346 people, an increase of 39.65 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels also rose 7.83 percent.
