Abstract

Star hotel room occupancy rate (TPK) during February 2022 reached 44.97 percent, up 1.77 points compared to January 2022 which was 43.20 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 0.77 points to 20.73 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels increased 2.92 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.11 points.
  • Average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in February 2022 reached 1.90 days, while non-star hotels 1.23 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in February 2022 is 25,108 people, down 13.19 percent compared to the previous month. Amount guests staying at non-star hotels fell 16.84 percent.
