The implementation of the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is a routine BPS activity. However, the success of Sakernas 2019 is inseparable from our active participation.
The general objective of the 2019 Sakernas is to obtain quality and timely employment basic data. Therefore, all parties involved in this activity are required to work hard and have high enthusiasm and commitment to succeed.
The Sukamara Regency BPS on January 27 to January 31, 2019 again conducted training in 2019 Sakernas officers. This training aims to equip officers about concepts, definitions and methodologies, especially Sakernas 2019 so that the objectives of what is expected according to the SOP can be achieved. This training activity took place at the Swiss Hotel Bellin Pangkalan Bun involving 10 people, namely 6 PCL, 2 PML, 1 Committee, and 1 Innas.
This training activity was opened by the Head of BPS of Sukamara District, Mr. Tony Suprianto, S.Si, as well as giving remarks and direction regarding the implementation of the 2019 Sakernas field enumeration in Sukamara District.

The National Labor Force Survey for 2019-2021 was carried out on a household rotation panel, namely enumeration by maintaining 3/4 groups of households sample census block sample packages used for provincial level estimation plus a 1/4 sample group of new households.

The Sakernas census block sample for provincial estimates (February Sakernas) is a subsample of the August Sakernas estimation of districts / cities totaling 7,500 census blocks. The stages of enumerating the household are:
1. Updating of Households in the selected Census Block. Aim to determine the population of households in selected census blocks whose results will be used for weighing purposes. .
2. Enumeration of household samples. Aim to obtain employment data from selected households.
The last day of training for Sakernas officers in 2019. Today's agenda is the deepening of material, _role playing_, discussion, and closing.
With the deepening of the material and _role playing_, it is hoped that it can improve staff understanding of the concepts and definitions of the 2019 Sakernas and good and correct interview procedures so that accurate employment data will be obtained later.
