December 2022: ROR for star hotels during December 2022 reached 56.76 percent and the number of guests staying was 43,579 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during December 2022 reached 56.76 percent, down 1.70 points compared to November 2022 which was 58.46 percent. The TPK for non-star hotels rose 3.85 points to 24.73 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 4.87 points, and non-star hotels rose 3.50 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in December 2022 reached 1.52 days, while non-star hotels was 1.13 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in December 2022 was 43,579 people, an increase of 7.52 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 23.55 percent.

The ROR for star hotels during December 2023 was 56.02 percent with a total of 44,680 guests staying

January 2022: ROR for star hotels reached 43.20 percent and the number of guests staying was 28,924 people.

December 2021: ROR for star hotels reaches 51.89% and the number of guests staying is 34,226 people

The ROR for star hotels during February 2024 was 43.49 percent with a total of 34,204 guests staying.

The ROR for star hotels during July 2024 was 56.55 percent with a total of 43,424 guests staying
